The entrance to the hotel was clean, warm and inviting. The staff were very courteous and friendly on each shift. The Inn was free of tobacco and there was no smell of smoke in or around the property. The room was neat and clean. The bed linens and towels were clean. The floor was clean.

Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great to all parts of Alexandria. The room was stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean, as well as spacious. It was quiet. The price was fair for our room.

Front desk attendant was the the nicest person. He made sure that every time he seen us he spoke and made sure we didn't need anything. He made sure to tell us to call down if we needed anything at all.

I liked the really clean and modern lobby along with the room we stayed in. Stocked with better toiletries than most hotels. Really cold ac was great.
